Name:	Sampler for frozen foods

Description:
	The sampler consists of two parts: a borer and a borer head (sampling cylinder) The sampling cylinder is detachable. Usual dimensions: length from 30 to 50 cm, capacity 50 ml. It can be equipped with an extension rod.

Application:
	Sampling from frozen and deep-frozen materials and semi-solid substances.
Operation:
	The sampler operates on the principle of a screw: the sampler screws into the sample material and simultaneously extracts and conveys the sample into the sampling cylinder.
Typical examples:
	Deep-frozen goods such as meat or fruit juice concentrates
Cleaning and maintenance:
	The ice sampler is electropolished and does not have any flutes for perfect and easy cleaning. Remove the remaining sample carefully, wash with hot water and detergent, rinse with water and dry up to 100 °C. Sterilisable.
